R. Wesley Moncrief, Jr. – Director and Executive Vice President;

Mr. Moncrief joined Moncrief Oil International in 1996 and has been involved in all commercial aspects of project integration and economic evaluation of the Company's various projects and joint venture initiatives in the Former Soviet Union.

Mr. Moncrief, having taken a short time out at Columbia Business School, is now also involved in the family's domestic activities across several oil and natural gas basins in the US. In addition to the oil and gas business, Mr. Moncrief has responsibility for evaluating and managing investments outside the energy sector for his family. Mr. Moncrief holds Bachelors of the Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas (1996) and a MBA from the Columbia Business School (2002).
