Jeffrey W. Miller – President;

Mr. Miller joined Moncrief Oil International in May of 2004. His responsibilities cover the Company’s current and new international initiatives, as well as, the Company’s domestic non-conventional natural gas business.   Prior to May 2004, Mr. Miller was a Managing Director with UBS (Dillon Read) in energy investment banking. Mr. Miller's transactional experience has included various public and private equity and debt financing and advisory assignments for a cross section of integrated, exploration and production and oilfield service companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Latin America, Australia, Russia, and the Former Soviet Union.

Before attending business school, Mr. Miller was employed by Exxon Company USA as a petroleum engineer having operational and profitability responsibilities for several Texas oil and gas fields. Mr. Miller has a Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M University (1985, Magna Cum Laude), and holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School (1990).
